Instructions for use

Application in the field of papermaking: This product is a reinforcement additive with nanocellulose as the main component. It is added in the pulp and can form a hydrogen bonding network with the pulp fibers and has a strong binding force on the fibers. Hydrogen bonding force is the main way of generating paper sheet bonding strength. The specific surface area is large, which can improve the utilization efficiency of some chemicals. After adding this product, the refining power can be reduced (to save energy and consume) without reducing paper strength. It can improve the bonding strength between the paper sheets, improve the breathability of the paper sheets, and control and reduce the powder loss on the paper.

How to use: Add it in the slurry, you can directly add it in the pulp, slurry pool, slurry pool or its pipeline transportation process to avoid being too close to other chemical addition points. You can also use professional shear dilution equipment, dilute appropriately 2-10 times before adding it to the paper machine system.
