Scope of application: Composite material reinforcement, coating/ink modification, daily chemical product conditioning 1. Dispersion preparation 1. Ratio: add dry powder to deionized water at a mass ratio of 1:200~1:500 2. Operation: first rotate at 300~500r/min Stir at high speed for 5 to 10 minutes to premix, and then use 200 to 300W power for ultrasonic dispersion for 15 to 25 minutes until the system becomes a uniform milky white suspension with no visible agglomerates. 2. System addition 1. Composite material/coating system: 1% to 3% of the total mass of the system , slowly add the well-dispersed suspension under stirring, and mix evenly before proceeding with subsequent production 2. Daily chemical product system: 0.1% to 1% of the total mass of the system, slowly add the well-dispersed suspension under stirring at room temperature, and mix evenly. 3. Storage Storage requirements : Dry powder is not used: sealed and placed in a cool, dry environment at 5~25°C. The shelf life is 12 months. Dispersed suspension: It is recommended to use it within 72 hours. Stir gently before use. 4. Precautions: Do not contact strong acid or alkali environments; avoid direct contact of dry powder with open flames.
