Carboxylated modified cellulose nanocrystals are needle-shaped nanomaterials obtained by carboxylation modification of natural plant cellulose.The surface contains carboxyl groups and is well dispersed in water with pH=5~14.The fiber diameter is 4~10nm and the length is 100~500nm.It is extremely thixotropic and its thixotropic index is adjustable between 7 and 9. At the same time, it has little effect on the viscosity of the system after being added.It can be used in coatings and inks, hand-shaped liquid crystal materials, anti-counterfeiting materials, drug sustained release, pharmaceutical excipients, dispersants, etc.
Dispersion method:
The powder is pre-dispersed into a high-concentration colloid at high speed, and after mixing with the product, use conventional equipment to stir and disperse.
